How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page found either on the upper right burger button or lowest part of the page (footer section). Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (BPI, Unionbank), Gcash, and Maya. Payment details will be sent to you once your order is confirmed via the phone number (viber, phone call, SMS) you entered during checkout. We will not ask you to pay without confirming your order. Direct e-wallet/bank transfer discounts may apply on confirmation. This payment method does NOT include courier/shipping/delivery fees. Other bank fees from your bank may also apply and is outside the store’s control and pricing.
We now also accept debit cards, credit cards, and Paypal checkout (Php only) – we added this method for your convenience. You will be billed/debited automatically by Paypal’s payment gateway upon checkout. However, please know that this payment method does NOT include courier/shipping/delivery fees. Other bank fees from your bank may also apply and is outside the store’s control and pricing.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are prepared within 30mins to 2 hours depending on stock. This estimate is from the moment we see your order is placed. We handle orders personally and manually so it takes some time.
Delivery time is outside of our control. Once your payment is confirmed and your order is ready for pick up, we will notify you and send you details for the courier. Due to volume of orders, we normally ask customers to book so you can also track your order personally.
In case you are willing to wait, we can book for you via Lalamove or Grab. In these cases please note we still require payment of products first, at least 50% downpayment. The balance can be settled along with the rider fee once a rider accepts the booking. We can only provide you with tracking link from the Lalamove or Grab app, or rider name. Sometimes these apps links don’t work so please keep your lines open for the rider to call you. Sometimes the rider phone number isn’t also visible to us.
You may also opt to pay the rider in person.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment. All our products are made fresh. As no preservatives are included (excluding natural ones like vinegar), shipping internationally is not an option.
Do you ship outside Metro Manila?
In these cases, we need to check local delivery couriers depending on location. Anything that requires a plane is not possible at the moment. Toll fees are to be paid by the buyer and booking of courier in these cases MUST be handled by the buyer to avoid confusion, miscommunication, or discrepancies.
We are sometimes in Paranaque, or Taguig and sometimes deliver products personally. If you wish, we can schedule deliveries on days we travel to these cities.
